Our Mission: We are servants of God by serving others. We share a responsibility to bring God's love to hurting people. Things of late have been hectic but a lot of really good things are happening.

If you are considering a commodity donation to Casa Hogar para Ninos Esperanza, here are some items that are currently needed:
1. Milk / Cheese / Eggs
2. Children’s clothes and shoes (any size-any gender)
3. Blankets (winter is here)

If you are in Cancun and have a clothing donation for our children, contact Cherilyn for sorting, sizing and delivery.

If a man shuts his ears to the cry of the poor, he too will cry out and not be answered. Proverbs 21:13

We have been blessed with financial donations to benefit our children at Casa Hogar para Ninos Esperanza. We are always grateful for the assistance we receive from our worldwide mission partners. Recent donations include:
Rebecca, Texas: Children’s Christmas
Mark, Kansas: Casa Hogar Food Fund
Teresa, Texas: Children’s Christmas and Casa Hogar Food Fund
Andy and June, Oregon: Children’s Christmas and Casa Hogar Food Fund
Bryan, Cancun: Children’s Christmas
Kathy and Jack, Iowa: Casa Hogar Food Fund
Rhonda, Iowa: Children’s Christmas and Casa Hogar Food Fund
Kevin and Sharon, Texas: Children’s Christmas
Tiffeni, Texas: Children’s Christmas

TJ received a donation of many, many, many videos in Spanish for Casa Hogar. A member of our congregation provided a VHS player while our newest Mission Partners Katy, Jack and Rhonda also provided VHS players. Cancun Christian Fellowship purchased new cables and all items will be delivered next Wednesday.

Angeles, a friend of TJ, also donated children’s toys and clothes to our children.

Over the past few weeks, we have had several families from the US visit our Christian home and make donations to the children. Several of the groups were fluent in Spanish and with young children that really interacted well with the children at the home.

Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to him, "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? James 2:15-6

We want to thank all Mission Partners and church members for their continuing contributions and support. We absolutely could not do it without you.

With the financial help of our worldwide Mission Partners, over the past several weeks, volunteers from Cancun Christian Fellowship continued to provide weekly supplies of eggs, cheese (yellow and white), chicken, chorizo, beef, pork, ham and turkey lunchmeat, hotdogs, boxed drinks, cereal and milk to our Cancun Christian home. Groceries are purchased and delivered every Wednesday. Our grocery list has changed slightly to accommodate the children’s return to school. If you would like to make a donation to our Casa Hogar Food Fund, please contact Cherilyn or Tom.

Prince and Kathy have returned to their Island home and it is great having then back in church. Gary and Marti are scheduled to return the end of November and it will be wonderful having Gary rejoining the Wednesday Men’s Group.

With your help, Cancun Christian Fellowship made a generous donation to the Community of Faith Houston East African Relief Effort to purchase and deliver food and water to starving people Ethiopia, Somalia and Kenya.

One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty. Proverbs 11:24

The Wednesday morning and Thursday evening Christian Ladies’ Groups have resumed their normal schedules and you are invited to attend. Contact Cherilyn Martin for additional information. cherilynmartin@gmail.com

The Thursday evening group had and travel guests from the US this week. Looking at the ladies’ faces, they all had a great time.

IT IS GETTING TO BE CRUNCH TIME. We continue to plan for the children’s Christmas at Casa Hogar, our Cancun Christian home. We want this year’s activities to be even better than last and we are asking for your ideas and financial assistance. You can sponsor a child’s Christmas joy with a $50.00 donation (and we could really use your help). Anna has volunteered her children’s face painting services for the Christmas decoration party (a real child pleaser). More details will follow soon. To see last year’s Christmas activities, go to http://www.cancunchristianfellowship.com/ and click on the gallery. We could also use your help at the Casa Hogar Christmas Party. To volunteer, contact Tom or Cherilyn.

That’s it for today…WE HOPE TO SEE YOU SUNDAY!!!
